Potential quorum notice of NMSU regents for Feb. 26-28; real estate meeting set for Feb. 27

A potential quorum of the New Mexico State University Board of Regents may occur as regents may attend various events on the NMSU Las Cruces Campus from Wednesday, Feb. 26, through Friday, Feb. 28, as detailed below. No votes or other official actions will be taken by the NMSU Board of Regents.


Wednesday, Feb. 26
• 5:30 p.m.: Marriott Hospitality Futures Center ribbon-cutting ceremony, Gerald Thomas Hall, Room 119, 940 College Drive.

Thursday, Feb. 27
• 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.: Tour of Aggie Cupboard, 906 Gregg St.
• 7 p.m.: NMSU vs. Grand Canyon University women’s basketball game, Pan American Center, 1810 E. University Ave.

Friday, Feb. 28
• 5 to 9 p.m.: Devasthali Hall ribbon-cutting ceremony, Devasthali Hall, 1308 E. University Ave.

The NMSU Board of Regents also will hold a Regents Real Estate Committee meeting at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, in Hadley Hall, Room 130, 2850 Weddell St., on the Las Cruces campus. In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, copies of the agenda will be made available at NMSU’s Zuhl Library on the Las Cruces campus at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and accessible on the public university website at https://regents.nmsu.edu/agenda/.
