NMSU Student named Sigma Phi Epsilon Zollinger Scholar

New Mexico State University student Luis Espiritu of Las Cruces has been named a Zollinger Scholar by the Sigma Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation.

Espiritu, a senior electrical engineering technology major, is one of 28 Zollinger Scholars from across the country. He is considered by Sigma Phi Epsilon's chapter at NMSU to be a chapter member who possesses special potential for a future leadership role in the chapter and on campus.

In addition to Sigma Phi Epsilon, Espiritu is a member of Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Society and the American Society of Certified Engineering Technologist. He plans to graduate in May 1999.
