NMSU Board of Regents to hold closed executive session, special work session meetings Nov. 19

The Board of Regents of New Mexico State University will hold a closed executive session meeting, followed by a special work session meeting Monday, Nov. 19.

The closed executive session meeting will be at 1 p.m. in Hadley Hall, Room 130, Las Cruces Campus, 2850 Weddell Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The closed executive session meeting will be held to discuss limited personnel matters, in accordance with NMSA Section 10-15-1 H(2) and of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

The agenda for the Nov. 19 closed meeting is as follows:

A. Limited Personnel Matters – Discuss contract addendum, performance evaluation and performance incentive compensation for Chancellor Dan Arvizu and President John Floros, Chair Debra Hicks

The special work session meeting will follow at 3:30 p.m. in the Senate Gallery, Corbett Center Student Union, Las Cruces Campus, 1600 International Mall, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

No votes or other official actions will be taken by the Board of Regents during the special work session.

A. Discussion of proposed Hemp Rules with NMDA, Chair Debra Hicks
