NMSU Board of Regents to hold multiple meetings March 6

The Board of Regents of New Mexico State University will hold multiple meetings Tuesday, March 6, at NMSU's Las Cruces campus.


Regents will hold a closed executive session meeting at noon in the Physical Sciences Laboratory Large Conference Room of Anderson Hall. This closed executive session meeting will be held to discuss limited personnel matters and contract discussions in accordance with NMSA Section 10-15-1 H(2) and (6) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

Regents will then hold a special work session meeting at 1 p.m. at the University Center and Residence, 4501 Geothermal Drive, on the NMSU campus.

Regents will hold a second closed executive session meeting at 2 p.m. at the University Center and Residence. This closed executive session will be held to discuss limited personnel matters and pending or threatened litigation, in accordance with NMSA Section 10-15-1 H(2) and (7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

A previously announced regular meeting of the Board of Regents will also take place at 3 p.m. inside the Regents Room of NMSU's Educational Services Building.

In compliance with the Open Meetings Act, copies of the agenda for each of these meetings will be made available at NMSU's Zuhl Library on the Las Cruces campus at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and accessible on the public university website at https://regents.nmsu.edu/agenda/.
